There are three BSA High Adventure Camps: Sea Base; Northern Tier and Philmont Scout Ranch. These are typically summer camp opportunities and are for experienced scouts who are ready for a true outdoor challenge. All are very different,  and our troop helps scouts and scouters attend these amazing camps.

2011 High Adventure Camps - Troop 375

Sea Base is one of the thre BSA High Adventure camps.  It is in the Florida Keys. The camp has two locations in the Keys depending on the trek that is chosen. It is not too early to begin getting a crew together for this trip. There are many trek options including spending the week on a "deserted Island", sailing on a ship of 30, scuba diving for a week, or a Keys Adventure that has a little of everything. The trip will cost about $1,200 per person as air travel is a must.  A crew went in 2007 and had a fantastic time.   If you are interested, please let Kelvin Mauk or Tim Ols know.
